a quote on love

So, I'm just wondering what you guys have to say about the following quote: "The love we give away is the only love we keep" by Elbert Hubbard. It's a short version of what I was trying to say in a previous blog that I wrote last year.

What do you think about this? Do you think that it's true? Do you think it's a load of S$%t?

I had a weird dream last night. I dreamt that I was making out with this guy who was really, really bad at kissing. I mean, I felt like he was trying to choke me with his tongue!!! Any theories on this one? Damn, I hope it's not a premonition. Imagine, the headline. "Girl dies after being attacked by boyfriend's tongue" or in Die Son "Dood by vry!"

To dream of a kiss, denotes love, affection, tranquility, harmony, and contentment.

You may be sexually acting out. You may also need to awaken your passion.

i suggest finding someone to vry with ;)

to be honest, i think the Son will read "Vrek gevry" Lol.

I dont really agree with the statement, I think it not all relationships end the same way, and its not the same for all people.

i think if you feel like things ended before it should have, you will feel like there could have been more. But if the relationship just went on and fizzled out then I dont think it would be percieved the same way. I also believe, that at least one person in the relationship must have been done for it to end, cos if both people felt like they were giving away their love, they would have had reconciled. Its just sad that sometimes when one person moves on, the other kinda gets left behind.

I have seen this in friends, in my own past relationships and on Dr Phil:)

Its just another part of life I think....

@babydill2k1: hmm, will try the vrying and get back to u. hopefully, i'll live to tell the tale.
@fahiema: hahahaha! yeah, i like that headline more. :) I hear what u are saying. This quote is just about love in general though, not specifically about romantic love. It's more about the love in your heart, you know, the love that you give to others that matters. Ag, anyway, I'm no expert on the subject. But yeah, I like the statement. As for you watching Dr Phil....no words
